What is the Happy Camper?
Happy Camper Mobile Tap is a four-tap mobile bar and beverage trailer designed for weddings, private parties, showers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.
Is alcohol provided?
We are a dry-hire mobile tap trailer, meaning clients provide their own beverages while we provide the trailer, tap system, setup, garnishes, cocktail mixers, serving essentials and the vibe!
Types of Beverages on Tap
Our taps can serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, cocktails, mocktails, cold brew coffee, soda, tea, lemonade, sparkling water, and more!
Types of Events We Serve
We serve weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, graduation parties, backyard gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds throughout the Kansas City metro area.
Service Area
We primarily serve Kansas City metro area across both Missouri and Kansas. Please note, venues outside out our area of service may incur an additional travel fee.
Set-up Requirements
We don't require electricity, so no worries there!
We do however, require adequate staging space and approval from venues before booking.
Booking Requirements
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. If your date is sooner, still reach out. If the trailer is free, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Your event date will not be secured until the $150 deposit is paid. Full payment is due 30 days before event.
