What is a mobile tap trailer?
Happy Camper Mobile Tap is a four-tap mobile beverage trailer designed for weddings, private parties, showers, corporate events, and celebrations of all kinds.
Do you provide alcohol?
We are a dry-hire mobile tap trailer, meaning clients provide their own beverages while we provide the trailer, tap system, setup, and overall experience.
What beverages can be served?
Our taps can serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, cocktails, mocktails, cold brew coffee, soda, tea, lemonade, sparkling water, and more!
What types of events do you serve?
We serve weddings, engagement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, graduation parties, backyard gatherings, and celebrations of all kinds throughout the Kansas City metro area.
How far do you travel?
We primarily serve Kansas City and surrounding areas in both Missouri and Kansas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
Does the trailer require electricity?
No, the trailer doesn’t need electricity. It runs on its own battery-powered system, so we don’t need to plug into your power at your event.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. If your date is sooner, still reach out—if the trailer is free, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Are additional rentals available?
We're currently expanding beyond the bar with future offerings including yard games, event decor rentals, and even mobile tap add-ons!
